Liquid Acid Thickener is a high-performance specialty chemical designed to increase the viscosity of inorganic acid solutions such as Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Sulphuric Acid (H₂SO₄) and Phosphoric Acid (H₃PO₄).
It converts liquid acids into a gel or thickened form, allowing better surface adhesion, controlled flow and improved cleaning efficiency.
This product is widely used in toilet cleaners, bathroom cleaners, tile cleaners, industrial descaling and metal pickling formulations.

Recommended Dosage & Blending Procedure Recommended Dosage

  • Toilet / Bathroom Cleaner: 0.3 – 1.0 %

  • Tile / Floor Cleaner: 0.2 – 0.8 %

  • Industrial Acid Cleaner / Descaler: 0.5 – 1.5 %

Blending Procedure

  1. Take the required quantity of water in a mixing vessel

  2. Slowly add Liquid Acid Thickener with continuous stirring

  3. Add the required acid (HCl / H₂SO₄ / H₃PO₄) slowly under agitation

  4. Continue mixing until uniform viscosity or gel consistency is achieved

  5. Add colour, fragrance and other additives at the final stage
